Returns and Exchange Policy
At Nimansh Sarees, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase or have received a defective product, we’ve got you covered.
Returns Policy: We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
Eligibility for Returns:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom-made items and accessories are not eligible for returns.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at returns@nimanshsarees.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will assist you with the return process.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and if return shipping costs are incurred, they will be deducted from the refund amount.
Replacements for Defective Products
If your order arrives defective or damaged, you can request a replacement or refund. To do so:
Replacement Request:
- Contact us at care@nimanshsarees.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please provide your order number and photos of the defective or damaged item.
- If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a full refund for the defective product.
